WHO ARE EXPEDITIOUS?

An officer is only as good as his soldiers, and that is exactly how we see the Expeditious team. We don’t get caught up in hierarchy, instead we focus on the benefits each individual brings to the Expeditious community, and what we can achieve working together.

This page isn’t going to tell you about our Founder’s degree in criminology, our Operations Directors experience in the military, or our Head of Sales securing over £500m of business. Although these are true, we don’t think they’re important in helping you understand who Expeditious truly are. Our service delivery doesn’t work without the drive and determination of our workforce, our helpdesk isn’t effective without compassion and empathy; you don’t get the service you need if we’re not all playing our part.

What they do: Security concierge & guarding, ensuring that the highest levels of customer care and security services are maintained at all times.

How long they’ve been Expeditious: Since September 2019
What they do: Leading the control room team & ensuring operations are running smoothly whilst being the key point of contact for any escalations, issues or complaints.
The best thing about working for Expeditious is: “Working closely alongside strong leaders who care and constantly make efforts to help me improve and excel in my field.”
My proudest moment to date is: “Being promoted after a month of covering sickness leave, tallying 80hours per week during the peak of COVID19.”

What they do: Screening and vetting, wellbeing of all
employees, Recruitment, Inductions, 6 monthly appraisals, other HR Duties.
