They’re a good way to live and a strong mindset to have – both in and out of work.
“In a world where you can be anything, be kind”. This is exactly why we have a “kindness first” approach making sure we are always doing our best to spread a little more. As much as possible, we show empathy, taking time to assess situations before reacting and taking the kindest resolution, especially in difficult situations. We give all employees and clients the opportunity to share their honest opinion with us through surveys, allowing us to put right any wrongs and make the Expeditious Experience better.
Every year, we recognise the annual World Kindness Day. Our team really enjoys the chance to spread a little love and some random acts of kindness, inspiring chain reactions across our community and beyond.
Working in security can often be demanding and stressful, which is why ‘keep well’ is especially important. Throughout the business, we help people do their very best in supporting them to look after their mental and physical health. Our officers have access to benefits including 700+ on-demand workouts, a pedometer and wellbeing leaderboard on our workforce management and employee wellbeing app, Eximitas. They also have access to 24/7 counselling and online GP appointments, helping our security team to prioritise their wellbeing around unsociable hours. Improved health helps to build a stronger and more consistent team, increases employee retention, and builds happier client relationships.

EATT is our yearly internal training program taken by all officers, covering health & safety, environmental procedures, and customer care, keeping our officers fully knowledgeable and compliant and more.

No idea is a silly idea when it comes to finding inspiration and problem-solving. At Head Office, we have a “Free Thinking” zone, where no idea is off the table and hierarchy is left at the door.
